Finishing, processing, packaging requirements

Logistics requirements – Importing, warehousing, kitting, JIT

I will then review supply options with my team and put forward an initial proposal

Upon acceptance, the next phase, will include a detailed onsite discussion

fitness for transfer review

Review of quality issues

Care points and tacit knowledge sharing

Packaging and shipping plan clarified

Golden sample and documentation out for quotation

Acceptance of quotation and Terms and Conditions

Review of issues raised at quotation process and close out

Order placement and acceptance

Packaging Delivery solutions as agreed

First Batch - First Article Inspection Report review.

Proceed to further sample or commit to batch manufacture

Regular updates, Teams calls, and visits as required

Delivery solutions as agreed

Shipment made

In line with solution agreed, Air, Rail or Ocean can be accommodated.

One time delivery within the UK, or storage in a secure warehouse with timely deliveries within the UK
